J&P Sportsmanagement did not begin as a finished portfolio. It began as an agency moving between Korea and Europe, one player and one route at a time. It is the senior operating brand whose field experience and unanswered human questions became the starting ground for Grupo ERES and the ERES brand family.

That origin does not make every ERES activity a present J&P service. J&P remains the career-management company; Grupo ERES grew into a distinct family of human-development routes. The lineage and the current operating roles are shown separately below.

His later 1.5-year contract with KS Kuźnia Ustroń was published on 18 January 2023. Independent Polish records confirm that Kim joined the club and started in the IV Liga—the fifth national tier.

He did it without a local broker or intermediary chain.

Pietro began independent football work as a freelancer in 2015, founded J&P Sportsmanagement in 2021 and now acts strictly as Founder & Owner. His own playing background included organised football and competitive matches against professional-club academy sides, experience that preceded his work in interpretation, international player pathways and sports management. His field casebook separates each milestone: the Jeong brothers’ first European youth signings and Getafe academy placements in 2017; Kim Tae-min as the first adult player signing continuing the Koreans for Europe-to-J&P lineage; Sanghyeok Lee as the next adult player signing and FC Cartagena agreement; Samuel García Pereira as J&P’s owner-confirmed first signing; Pedro Bornes’s completed J&P placement into Sevilla FC’s development structure; a scouting-only assessment of Artem Dovbyk; and a time-bounded Spanish-market negotiation role around Cho Gue-sung. The player-signing sequence is kept separate from later club-contract publication dates. The Getafe record does not extend to the players’ later K League moves, and the Dovbyk record does not include a mandate, representation, negotiation or transfer role. Marcelino’s J&P appointment is now historical, but the record behind it matters: five senior appearances for Spain, RCD Mallorca’s first European goal, a full 90 minutes in the 1999 UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup final and a Premier League chapter with Newcastle United.

His eye for players carried into representation and scouting. At Celta, Marcelino identified Michu and, together with Gerry Armstrong, recommended the future Swansea phenomenon to English clubs while he was available on a free. In his own later account, he also describes finding Luciano Becchio in Spain’s third tier and recommending him to Leeds United.
